Refund and Cancelation Policy

Return and refund Policy:

Paradva Kundan Hareshbhai believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • Paradva Kundan Hareshbhai does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Paradva Kundan Hareshbhai, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

All our products are made with an adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. As our products are natural, handmade, artisan-made, there could be slight design variations in each product that lends individuality to it .

The products are not eligible for a refund. Customers can: 

1) Either take an exchange
2) We will give a credit note to the customer which can later be used by the customer to place a new order.

Exchange request:

1) The exchange will only be applicable in case of a size concern . 
2) The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit

We would accept return request only if:

1) An incorrect product has been shipped to you

 The return/exchange request can be raised to us by writing back to us (help.kleedlook@gmail.com) within 5 days from the date of delivery. Your email should include the reason for return as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact. Once our team investigates and confirms the return is valid, we will arrange the return pick up.
